Terms and Conditions

Interactic lets an organization configure AI agents, connect channels such as web chat, WhatsApp, and Instagram, store knowledge, handle conversations in one inbox, hand work to people on the team, and review usage. Features can change, and a specific channel, model, or integration may be added or retired. Access to a channel also depends on the third party that provides it, including Meta for WhatsApp and Instagram.

You must give accurate account information and keep credentials confidential. A workspace belongs to one organization and is the boundary for its agents, users, and data. You are responsible for the people you invite, the roles you assign, and activity under your accounts. If you believe an account has been compromised, email privacy@interactic.app.

You keep ownership of the content you submit, including knowledge files, agent instructions, workflows, and conversation data. You grant Pixel38 a limited right to host, process, and transmit that content only to provide, secure, and support Interactic.

You are responsible for the lawfulness of that content, for the notices you give your own customers, and for the messages your agents send. Do not upload personal data you are not allowed to process. WhatsApp, Instagram, and other business accounts you connect are yours; Interactic does not provide those accounts.

Do not use Interactic to break the law, to send deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited messages, to infringe someone else’s rights, to probe or disrupt the service, or to violate the rules of a connected channel, including WhatsApp, Instagram, and other Meta products. Do not use the service to scrape another customer’s data or to copy the platform in order to build a competing product. We may suspend access that creates a legal, security, or platform risk.

Agents draft replies from your instructions, your knowledge, the conversation, and the model configured for that agent. Output can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable. You decide which automations run and you are responsible for replies that reach your customers, especially on health, legal, financial, or other high-impact topics. Interactic does not provide professional advice through an agent.

WhatsApp, Instagram, Meta, AI model providers, email delivery, and commerce or other tools you connect are third-party services. Their terms, privacy policies, and outages apply when you enable them. Fees those providers charge are separate from Interactic fees. You must keep your own channel and integration accounts in good standing.

Paid plans, conversation allowances, and setup work are billed as shown on https://interactic.app or in an order we confirm with you. Extra conversations and custom integrations may be billed as quoted. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless we say otherwise, and you will pay taxes that apply. Except where the law requires a refund, fees already charged are not refundable. We may change prices for a later billing period by telling you before that period starts. If you do not agree, stop using the paid plan before the new price applies.

Pixel38 and its licensors own Interactic, including the software, design, and branding. These terms do not transfer that ownership to you. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the platform except where the law allows it or we agree in writing. You may say that you use Interactic, without suggesting that we endorse you.

We treat your non-public workspace content as confidential and use it only to provide the service, as these terms and the Privacy Policy allow. You will treat non-public information we give you about the service the same way. You are responsible for who can access your workspace.

You may stop using Interactic at any time. We may suspend or close access if you materially breach these terms, if the law or a channel provider requires it, or if continued use creates a security risk. After closure we handle data as the Privacy Policy describes. Sections that by their nature should continue, including ownership, acceptable use, disclaimers, and liability limits, stay in effect.

The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that an agent reply will be accurate. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for your customers’ reliance on an agent reply.

Our total liability arising out of the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for Interactic in that period, or 100 US dollars if you paid nothing. These limits do not apply where the law forbids them, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You will cover Pixel38 against third-party claims that arise from your content, your agents’ messages, your breach of these terms, or your violation of someone else’s rights or a channel’s rules, except to the extent the claim is caused by our breach of these terms.

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for a material change, give notice in the product or by email. If you keep using Interactic after the update takes effect, you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.

These terms follow the laws that apply to Pixel38 as operator of Interactic. If a mandatory consumer law in your country gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights still apply.
